Flexxy GmbH is a software company focused on innovative, sustainable technology. FlexxyDrive is our flagship product—connecting drivers and passengers for efficient shared rides with economics designed to protect what drivers earn.
Our story
FlexxyDrive was founded in Essen, Germany by a team who had witnessed the structural unfairness embedded in many ride-hailing platforms. Seeing people work long shifts while platforms took a large slice of every fare, the team set out to build an alternative.
The insight was simple: the commission model is not inevitable—it is a design choice. FlexxyDrive funds the business from the passenger side while keeping driver earnings intact, because sustainable growth should not depend on extracting from the people who power the platform.
Where we are
FlexxyDrive is developed by Flexxy GmbH in Germany and operated with Flexxy Software Technologies Intl Ltd in Nigeria. We grow rider and driver communities in the markets where we operate, with transparent pricing, driver-first economics, and compliance with local licensing and safety standards.
