Who can use FlexxyDrive?
Anyone aged 18 or older can register as a driver or passenger.
How do I create an account?
Download the app or go to flexxydrive.com. Simply provide your name, address, email, and phone number to sign up.
Can I update my profile later?
Yes, you can edit your details at any time in your profile settings.
Can my account be suspended?
Yes, your account may be suspended for violations of our rules, such as providing false information, poor behavior, or misusing the app.
How are payments handled?
You can pay with a card, digital wallet, or cash. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What fees apply?
FlexxyDrive charges a service fee of 12% (minimum €0.75). Stripe also charges a transaction fee.
Who receives the ride fare?
The driver receives the ride fare minus the service and Stripe fees.
How is my privacy protected?
Your data is secure, and we comply with GDPR. You can find more details in our privacy policy.
Can I rate my ride?
Yes, both drivers and passengers can rate each other after every ride.
What if I feel unsafe during a ride?
You can report issues directly in the app. We will help clarify the situation but do not make final decisions.
What is FlexxyDrive’s role in the ride?
FlexxyDrive only facilitates connections between drivers and passengers. We are not a transport service provider and are not liable for the outcome of the ride.
What requirements must I meet to become a driver?
You need a valid driver’s license, insurance, and must be medically fit to drive. Your car must be road-safe and registered.
Can I use a car I don’t own?
Only with the explicit permission of the vehicle owner and if the car is authorized for ride-sharing.
What if I have to cancel?
You can cancel up to 2 rides for free within 30 days. After that, your account may be reviewed or suspended.
How do I invite friends to a ride?
It’s easy: select a ride, enter your details, and tap "Share Ride." Then, enter your friend’s email. If your friend is already registered, they will receive a notification. If not, we will send them a registration link.
Can I book without verification?
No. For security reasons, all users must verify their profiles before booking. This is a quick process that unlocks all features.
How do I book a ride?
Simply download the FlexxyDrive app, create an account, and enter your pickup and drop-off locations. Choose your preferred ride option and confirm your booking!
How do I download the app?
Go to either the Play Store or App Store, search for FlexxyDrive, and download it. It's quick and easy!
How can I earn as a driver?
Sign up as a driver on the FlexxyDrive app, complete the verification process, and start accepting ride requests to earn.
Can I cancel my ride?
Yes, you can cancel your ride before it begins. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing.
What documents are required to offer a ride?
You will need a license plate number, a picture of the car, and a valid driver’s license to sign up as a driver.

How do I rate my passenger or driver?
After completing a ride, you can provide feedback and rate your passenger or driver directly in the app.

FlexxyDrive accepts multiple payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets.
How do I receive payments as a driver?
Payments are processed weekly and sent directly to your registered bank account or mobile wallet.
